The environmental record of one address

Commercial buyers pay $375 and up for an environmental records search before they sign. This is that search, for an address you care about, from the same federal records, in about a minute, for $39.

Card payment via Stripe. The report link appears immediately after payment and is also emailed. Links stay live for 90 days.

What the report covers

Superfund and cleanup sites

Every NPL site within 10 miles and every site in the 14,980-record federal cleanup inventory within 3, with distances.

Underground fuel tanks

Tank facilities and open leak cleanups within a mile of the address, from EPA's national UST Finder.

Toxic releases

TRI facilities within 3 miles, what they reported releasing in 2024, and how much.

Drinking water

The PFAS test results for the water systems serving the county, read against the federal limits.

Radon

The EPA radon zone for the county, with what the zone means.

Plain-language reading

What, if anything, the records suggest doing next: a tap test, a state file request, or a professional assessment.

What this is not. This report states what the public federal record shows near an address, with sources and distances. It is not an ASTM E1527 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, does not include historical land-use research or a site visit, and cannot certify that any property is free of contamination. For a commercial transaction or legal protection under CERCLA's innocent purchaser rules, engage a licensed environmental professional.
